Subscription Cancellation
Was promised. there is an online cancellation form located at each credit card company's server that is available 24/7.
- Members whose statement reads CCBill, Click Here to use the cancel form.
- Members whose statement reads Epoch, Click Here to use the cancel form.
- Members whose statement reads Eurobill, Click Here to use the cancel form.
- Members whose statement reads WTS / ACHBill, Click Here to use the cancel form.
If you are unable to reach the billing company website, please try again or write to the boss at support@sccsupport.net so we can take care of it. You will need your username and the subscription ID number you were given at the time of purchase.
Credit Card Fraud
While we make every effort we can to prevent credit card fraud it is an unfortunate occurance that can happen. Every fraudulent transaction is handled and reported to the appropriate authorities. Our site offers EXACTLY what is shown on the tour so it should be a very rare set of circumstances that would require a chargeback. You should also know that if you refund or chargeback, the billing company puts you into what is called a "negative database" and you will be unable to join any of the sites they bill for (which is tens of thousands between CCBill and Epoch).
